About Us

Hello and Welcome to my thoughtbox!  Here, I explore musings (with a name like Musumeci, it seems only natural) about the things I enjoy most – things I think about every day. Things like healthy, tasty food…photography, video editing, recipe creation, gardening, and fitness. For the past 10 years, I’ve worked at a family-owned company that makes bakery equipment, where my responsibilities include marketing and website design…Along the way, I have learned lots about both and have even had the chance to experiment with drones (which secretly remind me of being a kid again playing with remote control helicopters in the driveway).  Also along the way, I learned cooking secrets and lots of kitchen how-to from my mom. I have lots to thank her for in that department. After she passed from cancer, I began paying more attention to my own nutrition and fitness needs, and again – through experimentation – discovered nature’s power and abundance. And because I love to cook, magic started to happen. I lost weight, improved my health, and impressed the Controller at work (daily) with beautiful, colorful pictures of the dinners I was cooking at home for my beautiful family. With two amazing daughters, my beautiful wife and I encourage each other to think big; to dream about a life where every single day is filled with things we love…things I hope to create and share with you – at Fitnesstofork.com.
