What is Hyperfit fitness class?

Bored of the same old way of trying to get in shape?  Look no further. Hyperfit is a fitness class that offers a combination of combat, and fitness. It is designed to improve your cardio, endurance, and strength. It also includes HIIT and combat training. Don’t worry if you are out of shape – this fitness class is designed for all fitness levels. Come out and try your first two classes for FREE! Classes are held at ATA Royersford Wednesdays and Saturdays.

If you enjoyed the intensity of the high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and love learning how to use combative striking, if your goal is to become stronger and faster, and you want to make your fitness routine a habit, then this class is for you. HyperFit uses a combination of striking, kettlebells and calisthenics to provide a full body workout.

WHEN: Wednesdays 7:45 pm & Saturday 8 am WHERE: ATA Royersford 33 W Ridge Pike #663, Royersford. Individual classes are $15 or $100 for unlimited classes a month. Only need a kettlebell  – I recommend 20-24kg for men/12-16kg for woman
