Chimichurri is an Argentinian sauce or condiment that is healthy, flavorful and easy to make.
- 1 Cup Cold press Extra Virgin olive oil
- 1/2 Cup Red wine vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Lemon juice about 2 lemons
- 1 Head of garlic
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 1 bunch parsley or cilantro or a mix of both
- 1 tbsp red pepper
Chop garlic, parsley and scallions
Add all ingredients to bowl and mix
Add salt and pepper to taste.. I usually store in mason jar outside of fridge for up to 1-2 weeks, but it usually won't make it that long.
