Chimichurri sauce

Chimichurri is an Argentinian sauce or condiment that is healthy, flavorful and easy to make. 


  • 1 Cup Cold press Extra Virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 Cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon juice about 2 lemons
  • 1 Head of garlic
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 1 bunch parsley or cilantro or a mix of both
  • 1 tbsp red pepper


  • Chop garlic, parsley and scallions
  • Add all ingredients to bowl and mix 
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.. I usually store in mason jar outside of fridge for up to 1-2 weeks, but it usually won't make it that long.
