Combine marinade ingredients in bowl and stir.
Add salmon and marinade in plastic bag and refrigerate for at least 30 mins or overnight
Grill salmon on direct heat for about 5 mins on each side, depends on thickness and how you like yours done. (I like a medium rare)
While salmon is cooking or before combine glaze in a pot and bring to boil.. reduce heat to medium and cook until it thickens.. usually about 15 mins.
Serve salmon with glaze on top and lemon wedge... I like to serve the salmon with a side of roasted potatoes, carrots and turnips.
